What I Offer

As an author myself, I know how much magic goes into creating a book—and how important it is for the finished product to feel polished, professional, and completely you. That’s where I come in.

I offer paperback and ebook formatting services for authors who want their books to look beautiful on the page without having to wrestle with margins, chapter breaks, page numbers, ebook files, or finicky formatting software.

Whether your story is a sweeping fantasy romance, a cozy contemporary, or emotionally filled poetry, I’ll transform your manuscript into a reader-friendly book that’s ready to publish!

Fee Structure

I believe good book formatting should be accessible to authors, especially indie authors, at many different stages of their publishing journey.

At the same time, I want this work to be sustainable for me. Formatting a book takes time, attention, technical skill, and a whole lot of care—and I want to build a business that allows me to keep doing that work well.

So instead of creating a single price and asking every author to meet it, I've created a tiered pricing model.

I invite you to consider, “What do I have the capacity to contribute right now?” There is no judgment in whatever works for you, and your book will be cared for at every level.

How To Choose Your Tier

  • You’re on a limited or unpredictable income, supporting dependents, or navigating systemic barriers (such as disability, marginalization, or low-wage work). Paying full rate would cause financial strain, but you still value professional editorial care.

  • You can meet your needs and occasionally afford extras. Paying the standard rate honors both your budget and my time.

  • You have financial stability, access to savings, or generational wealth. Paying at this rate feels comfortable and allows you to support greater access for others.

What do you format?

I’m offer simple formatting fiction, non-fiction, and poetry in print and ebook! I am currently unable to provide more complex formatting such as full page image spread.

Getting started is simple! Reach out through my contact form below. Once I have all of your information, I will email you with details about desired trim size for paperback, font size, front and back matter, and copyright page so I can create the formatting you desire!

How can I book you?

I require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% will be paid before the finale Pub/PDFs are sent. An invoice will be sent to the email you provide via Square.

How does payment work?

If you desire a particular chapter header or scene break design, it will be an additional $5 per design for me to provide them if they’re not currently in my image library. If you wish to provide your own designs, there is no charge! When we get started, simply email them to me and I will add them where needed.

Are designs included?

For fiction and non-fiction work, I use Atticus for both print and ebook formatting. For poetry, I use Canva as it allows more freedom for various poetic form.

What system do you use?

My turnaround time is up to 10 business. If you need your work formatted in 5 days or less there will be a $10 rush fee.

What is your turnaround time?

While I am new to formatting, I have always offered services at tiered pricing so that those who can afford to pay more have the freedom to do so. This allows me to take on more folks who need to pay on the lower end.

What inspired the tiered pricing?

Important Notes

By working with me, you can rest assured that your book is safely in human hands. I will not work with authors who use AI tools for any aspect of their books. If I discover AI as used for any aspect of your book, whether for writing or images, I will cease any work with you.

Though I use Canva for poetry formatting, I do NOT and will never utilize their their AI image generators, nor will I ever utilize any other AI image generator. Use of Canva for poetry in particular is so I can easily manipulate the structure if authors want something more creative than a simple straight down paragraph.
